Who can see my records?

Your private records belong to your account. A caregiver can only see or edit what you explicitly share. Community moderation does not grant access.

Do these tools replace a clinician?

No. Notes and tools help organise information. Consult a qualified clinician for diagnosis or treatment; do not wait for replies here in an emergency.

Can I use this without reminder emails?

Reminder email and weekly updates start off. Each has separate consent and can be turned off in reminder preferences.

Can I export or erase my data?

Use Privacy in your dashboard to request an export or erasure. Larger requests may take time; their status is shown there.

Trouble signing in?

Use the password reset link on the sign-in page. Check spam if mail is missing. If site email is unavailable, the operator must configure it. Administrators who lose their authenticator can use a saved recovery code.
